Can I open an account with Christian Music House without placing an order?

Yes, you can. You are not required to make a purchase in order to open an account.

How are payments made?

1. Funds Transfer through Internet Banking

To facilitate prompt and convenient payment we are encouraging the use of funds transfer through Internet Banking. It is a simple process and is secure. Unlike credit card transaction you do not need to divulge sensitive credit card information. All you need is an Internet Banking account and apply for an online funds transfer assignment to Christian Music House.

2. Personal Cheque drawn from Singapore Banks in Singapore dollars

We only accept cheques drawn from Singapore Banks in Singapore dollars. The cheques should be made payable to "Christian Music House" and sent to "Jurong West Post Office P.O. Box 1105, Singapore 916434". Please indicate your name and the Order ID number on the back of the cheques.

3. Cash On Delivery for Orders above $100 and during office hours in Singapore

4. VISA or Master Credit Card

We are using Paypal as our credit card payment gateway. Once your order is finalised, we will direct you to make your payment online.

What are the delivery charges and how are deliveries carried out?

Once payment for your order is made we will dispatch the goods.

We provide free delivery in Singapore for orders S$50.00 and above. The delivery charges for orders in Singapore below S$50.00 is S$5.00. The delivery will be by Singapore Post or personal courier, depending on the order.

For overseas deliveries the delivery charges are based on the weight, destination and shipping option that you have chosen. The delivery charge will be added to your final bill after you have checked out.

Contact us to make a direct enquiry. Let us know your requirements so that we can customize your bulk purchase and you can enjoy greater savings.

How do I place an order?

Your order is captured and tabulated each time a product item is added into your shopping cart by clicking the "Buy Now" button. Once you are through with your shopping, click the "Check Out" button and it will direct you through a check out process.

Do I need to have an account to shop at Christian Music House?

Yes, an account with Christian Music House is required to place orders with us. If you have not created an account, please click here to open an account.

How can I cancel or amend my order?

If you place an order and shortly thereafter change your mind, please email us as soon as possible and we will let you know if we were able to comply with your request. In your email, please use your order ID as your reference.

Do you charge GST?

We do not charge GST.

Are prices guaranteed?

We take a lot of care to ensure that pricing on our website is correct and trustworthy. However, in the event that we have wrongly priced an item, Christian Music House must reserve the right to not honour such mistakes.
